One of my favourite plein-air painting which I created near Novospassky Monastery. There was a real fisherman sitting there and I was trying to imagin how it feels to sit and look deep into the waters. For me it looked more as a fisherman was sitting on the edge of the skyes absorbed with his own universe. Materials: oil / canvas on carton
